Gallery Schedule
CAZENOVIA COLLEGE

Art & Design Exhibitions including:

1. Annual Juried Student Exhibition

2. SA / PH BFA Candidate Exhibitions
3. ID Senior Showcase exhibition
4. VC Senior Showcase exhibition

 An example of previous 2017 looked like this:

1. We will need to make certain that the order of rotating programs is followed.
2. We will need to make certain that each program gets equal days, this includes the installation and deinstallation.
3. Deinstall happens by 3:59 PM so that the following group can come in at 4:00 PM on the same day to install their exhibition.

Visual Communications
APR 14 - APR 27
April 14 install after 4:00 PM
Deinstall on April 27 by 3:55 PM

Interior Design 
APR 27 - MAY 11
April 27 install after 4:00 PM
Deinstall May 11 last day of finals 

Dates indicate installation and deinstallation time.


 Studio Art and Photography Seniors need to plan accordingly to have all their professional 'take aways' at the ready prior to the day of their exhibition opening reception.
This includes: post cards / take aways / business cards / self published books

Information necessary for Media Releases

Each student will have a press release written about their upcoming BFA Solo Thesis Exhibitions that will be mounted onto the CAZnet website and will be sent to regional area newspapers, including the student's hometown papers.   In order for this to be completed in a timely manner, students will need to send the information to their exhibition liaison four weeks in advance of their exhibition opening.   Please note the order the information needs to be received in:  1. Your Name 2. Your Hometown 3. Your Exhibition Title 4. Dates of your exhibition 5. Date of your reception and time 6. Gallery Hours 7. Your Bio 8. Your Artist (medium) and project statements 9. Your website address 10. Details of your 300 dpi (4"x5" max.) including: Title, date, materials 11. The  Center for Teaching and Learning  is a unique facility staffed with both professional educators and students (peer tutors) who provide service to all students who need extra help in their college work.  It is not unusual for students to need assistance in maximizing their educational growth in a variety of areas during their four years at the college.  The Center for Teaching & Learning assists students in these efforts.    Make an appointment well in advance (1.5 weeks) at the Center to assist you in the writing process.    I am also happy to see drafts at minimum of 1.5 weeks in advance of due date. Please inform me that I will be expecting your draft prior to submission.
