Information necessary for Media Releases

Each student will have a press release written about their upcoming BFA Solo Thesis Exhibitions that will be mounted onto the CAZnet website and will be sent to regional area newspapers, including the student's hometown papers.  

In order for this to be completed in a timely manner, students will need to send the information to their exhibition liaison four weeks in advance of their exhibition opening.  

Please note the order the information needs to be received in: 

1. Your Name
2. Your Hometown
3. Your Exhibition Title
4. Dates of your exhibition
5. Date of your reception and time
6. Gallery Hours
7. Your Bio
8. Your Artist (medium) and project statements
9. Your website address
10. Details of your 300 dpi (4"x5" max.) including: Title, date, materials

11. Image in a second jpg document

Please, simply copy #1 through #11 into a Word document and send to your exhibition liaison.

From there, the exhibition liaison will assemble each Word.doc onto a thumbdrive, in alpha order and deliver to me.

I will need all of the compiled information from your exhibition liaison on THURSDAY, MAR 8th (prior to spring recess)

In turn I will go through the documents and deliver to the college's Communication Office for their media release construction.
